When you book a trip, it by default comes with Basic Protection. Under Basic Protection, a guest's maximum personal liability is $3000 in case of any accident/damage. However, guests have two options to reduce this personal liability:
Maximum Protection Plan - Personal liability reduced from $3000 to $500. Potential savings of $2500. The add-on cost is $18/day.
Premium Protection Plan - Personal liability reduced from $3000 to $1500. Potential savings of $1500. The add-on cost is $10/day.
These plans can be selected while booking the trip or just before the trip starts from the trip page.
How to opt for these protection plans:
You can opt into either Maximum Protection or Premium Protection for your trip while completing payment for your trip. You will see the option to add them to your trip during checkout.
