What happens in case of an accident?
In the unfortunate event of an accident, the Drive mate team fully takes care of the whole process. What you can expect in this process is:
1. End to end management of the process by Drive mate
2. Three quotes for repair. You will have the option. of opting for the lowest quote or equivalent amount of cash.
3. You are always assured of payment/ repair of the damage for a valid claim
A claim is considered valid if:
1. The accident happened during a Drive mate trip
2. The vehicle adhered to the maintenance policy of Drive mate
