Repossession fees

In case it is unclear when the guest will return the car, Drive mate could decide to pick up the car and return the car to the host. This decision to initiate repossession is that of Drive mate and generally kicks in if the guest is uncontactable for more than 24 hrs after scheduled drop off time. The repossession can be initiated earlier if it affects the next trip as per Drive mate's discretion. 

The repossession fees will be charged to the guest depending upon the costs incurred including towing, parking etc. + service fee of 10% or $100 (whichever is higher)
